Nurturing Neurons was honored to attend Accelerating Rare Disease Research: Patients as Partners, hosted by the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard in collaboration with The Termeer Foundation. This powerful event highlighted the vital role of patient voices in shaping and advancing rare disease research.

We were grateful to have engaging discussions with researchers, clinicians, and patient advocates, and were reminded that progress in science is strongest when it's guided by the lived experiences of those directly affected.
